Paul J. Lowenstein, Chairman

Paul Lowenstein has over forty years experience in raising capital and providing financial advisory services. As founder of Canadian Corporate Funding Limited, he was responsible for raising over $750 million of institutional capital for funds under CCFL’S management and supervised the private placement of approximately $ 1.5 billion of senior debt and $350 million of subordinated (mezzanine) capital. He is Chairman of CCFL Management Services Ltd, a licensed investment counseling firm, and Northbridge Equity Management Inc., an originator and sponsor of private equity transactions on behalf of high net worth investors and significant family offices.
Paul holds a BA (McGill) and an MBA (University of Michigan).  He is a Director of Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal (also member of its Executive Committee); Member of Faculty Advisory Board, Desautels School of Management, McGill University; formerly a Member of Board of Trustees of Sir Mortimer B. Davis, Jewish General Foundation, Montreal and a Member of Board of Trustees - Musée des Beaux Arts, Montreal; Director of Summit Golf Brands Inc., New York City; Medical MD and Alphinat Inc., Montreal.

Alain H. Dubé, Managing Director

Alain Dubé has over thirty years experience in financial advisory services as a consultant to various organisations, including three Central European governments, and as CFO of both public and private companies. As a principal, he has acquired a business in legal reorganization, operated and sold it within a year. As CFO, he has raised significant debt and equity capital for publicly listed companies and has successfully overseen the implementation of turnaround business plans. He has extensive experience in all aspects of M&A transactions including due diligence.
Alain holds a BCom and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting (McGill). He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. M. Dubé is member of the board of the PCMA, the Private Capital Market Association of Canada.  At CCFL Capital, an Exempt Market Dealer, he is a Dealing Representative and the Chief Compliance Officer.
